Aafric Foods Limited provides both Standard and Next Working Day delivery across the UK.


Delivery Options & Pricing

  • Standard Delivery – starting from £7.50

  • Next Working Day Delivery – starting from £9.99

Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order.


Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Thursday, are prepared and dispatched the same day where possible.

Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends will be processed on the next working day.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

  • Next Working Day Delivery: delivered on the next working day following dispatch


Local Collection (By Prior Arrangement)

Aafric Foods Limited operates exclusively online. However, customers located in or around Manchester may request a collection option.

To arrange a pick-up:

  • Collection requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed before arrival

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Aafric Foods Limited, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable.

If your order arrives incomplete or in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us promptly so we can review and resolve the matter. Refunds or account credits are only applicable to items that are damaged or missing at the point of delivery.


Issue Reporting Time Limits

To help us assist you effectively, all issues must be reported within the following timeframes:

  • Non-perishable items: within 3 days of delivery
  • Perishable items: within 24 hours of delivery

Reports submitted outside these periods unfortunately cannot be considered for refunds or replacements.


Refund Handling

  • We may request clear photographs to support your claim
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed as either a payment reversal or store credit
  • Refunds apply only to the affected product(s), not the full order

Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Return delivery charges are not refundable

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
